By installing the mobile application linking to this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” and “Affiliated Application”, accordingly) as portrayed on the License Agreement prompting on such Affiliated Application, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following Privacy Policy, and when applicable any other Duginfo.com operating rules policies, and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time to time. 1. General             
The Affiliated Application is using one or more of the services offered by Duginfo.com (“Duginfo.com”). While Duginfo.com is not the owner nor publisher of the Affiliated Application, it does offer the Affiliated Application mobile analytics and intelligence services by collecting certain information relating to your use of the Affiliated Application and/or other applications installed on your device, and other functions of your mobile device in order to allow the Affiliated Application and other Duginfo.com partners to deliver advertisements, products, and services that are relevant and meaningful to their users (collectively: the “Services”).

2. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines the privacy practices associated with the Duginfo.com Service and covers our treatment of personal information that we collect when you install a mobile application that uses our Service. Please note that we are not responsible for and have no control of any mobile application’s (including the Affiliated Application’s) privacy practices and have no control over how the developer of a mobile application collects, uses or shares information about you. For information about how a mobile application collects, uses or shares information about you, please see the applicable mobile application’s privacy policy.

3. Information We Collect
When you install an Affiliated Application on your device that uses our Service, you, the End User, will be presented an End User License Agreement (“EULA”). When you, the End User, clicks on “Confirm”, you consent to the terms of data collection. The confirmation will grant permission to collect certain information from the device, including an Android or Apple iOS Advertising ID, email, device make and model, mobile web browser type and version, IP address, MAC address, the device’s operating system’s make and version, locale information, MCC (Mobile Country Code) information, the mobile application name, a list of mobile applications installed on your device and other technical data about your device.

By clicking “Confirm”, you also confirm that you are of sixteen (18) years of age. If you are not of sixteen (18) years of age, your legal guardian will need to provide consent. We do not collect or store any End Users that are sixteen (18) years old and younger.

Duginfo.com does not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information relating to children under the age of thirteen (16). We require our application publishers to certify that the data that is transferred are not directed to appeal to users who are under the age of thirteen (16) and to avoid transferring data to Duginfo.com that the app publisher deems to be thirteen (16) years or younger. Our app publishers are responsible to ensure that their privacy practice complies with applicable privacy laws and requirements, including with respect to safeguarding children’s privacy. If the app publisher becomes aware or have any reason to believe that an app user is under the age of thirteen (16) has shared any information, it is the app publishers responsibility to immediately notify Duginfo.com to take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is immediately deleted from our files.

When you install an Affiliated Application, you may also grant the mobile application permission to collect certain types of information via a permission screen consent process.

We do not control the permission screen consent process or the Application Manifest Permission page– it is typically run by your mobile operating system or the App store application (e.g., Android or Apple iOS and/or the application owned by the application developer); HOWEVER, ONCE SUCH PERMISSION IS GRANTED BY YOU ON AN OPT-IN BASIS, WE MAY COLLECT SOME, BUT NOT ALL, OF THE INFORMATION THAT A MOBILE APPLICATION COLLECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSIONS YOU GRANT. FOR EXAMPLE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PERMISSION TO THE AFFILIATED APPLICATION, WE MAY COLLECT PRECISE GEOLOCATION, BROWSER HISTORY, COUNTRY, ZIP CODE AND DEVICE IDS (INCLUDING IMEI, DEVICE SERIAL NUMBER AND MAC ADDRESS) AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL OR IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (THE “PERSONAL INFORMATION”). We or our data partners may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Service. For example, we may collect one of the unique identifiers associated with your mobile device as listed above and demographic or interest preference information from other companies and combine that with information we collect through the Service to allow our customers to deliver advertisements that may be of interest to you on your mobile device or to identify you on other devices or browsers.

All Affiliate Application shall provide their application users with clear terms as what is being collected and stored. If the application does not contain a Privacy Policy, the Affiliated Application may link the Duginfo.com Privacy Policy for their users to access, which must be easily accessible to the user of the integrated application

When you accept and click on the End User License Agreement, you accept and consent to Duginfo.com collecting information from your device. We may use the information to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Service. TO DISCONTINUE FUTURE INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH YOUR DEVICE, UNINSTALL ALL AFFILIATED APPLICATIONS ON YOUR DEVICE. HOWEVER, DELETING THE SAID APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY TAKE EFFECT FOR PURPOSES OF TRANSACTING FUTURE BUSINESS. 6. Proper use

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we reserve the right to share any information, including Personal Information (a) as required by law and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on Duginfo.com; (b) when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights; (c) if we believe that you are in violation of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy or any other of our operating rules, code of conduct, policies and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be made available by us from time to time, and including of the Affiliated Application, and such disclosure is reasonably required to protect Duginfo.com and/or anyone on its behalf injured by such wrongdoing and/or otherwise required in taking legal measures against you.

7. Unsolicited materials
Any unsolicited materials submitted or sent to Duginfo.com, will be deemed to be not confidential or secret. By submitting or sending information or other material to Duginfo.com you: (a) Warrant that you have all rights of any kind to the material and that to the best of your knowledge no other party has any rights to the material; (b) Unless stated specifically otherwise therein, grant Duginfo.com an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the material, and you further agree that Duginfo.com is free to use any ideas, know-how, concepts or techniques you send us for any purpose, without any compensation to you or any other person. In order to remove all doubt, Duginfo.com’s privacy related obligation of this Privacy Policy shall not apply towards unsolicited information.

What is Bitcoin mining?
Mining is the process of spending computing power to process transactions, secure the network, and keep everyone in the system synchronized together. It can be perceived like the Bitcoin data center except that it has been designed to be fully decentralized with miners operating in all countries and no individual having control over the network. This process is referred to as "mining" as an analogy to gold mining because it is also a temporary mechanism used to issue new bitcoins. Unlike gold mining, however, Bitcoin mining provides a reward in exchange for useful services required to operate a secure payment network. Mining will still be required after the last bitcoin is issued.

How does Bitcoin mining work?
Anybody can become a Bitcoin miner by running software with specialized hardware. Mining software listens for transactions broadcast through the peer-to-peer network and performs appropriate tasks to process and confirm these transactions. Bitcoin miners perform this work because they can earn transaction fees paid by users for faster transaction processing, and newly created bitcoins issued into existence according to a fixed formula.


For new transactions to be confirmed, they need to be included in a block along with a mathematical proof of work. Such proofs are very hard to generate because there is no way to create them other than by trying billions of calculations per second. This requires miners to perform these calculations before their blocks are accepted by the network and before they are rewarded. As more people start to mine, the difficulty of finding valid blocks is automatically increased by the network to ensure that the average time to find a block remains equal to 10 minutes. As a result, mining is a very competitive business where no individual miner can control what is included in the block chain.

The proof of work is also designed to depend on the previous block to force a chronological order in the block chain. This makes it exponentially difficult to reverse previous transactions because this requires the recalculation of the proofs of work of all the subsequent blocks. When two blocks are found at the same time, miners work on the first block they receive and switch to the longest chain of blocks as soon as the next block is found. This allows mining to secure and maintain a global consensus based on processing power.

Bitcoin miners are neither able to cheat by increasing their own reward nor process fraudulent transactions that could corrupt the Bitcoin network because all Bitcoin nodes would reject any block that contains invalid data as per the rules of the Bitcoin protocol. Consequently, the network remains secure even if not all Bitcoin miners can be trusted.

Isn't Bitcoin mining a waste of energy?
Spending energy to secure and operate a payment system is hardly a waste. Like any other payment service, the use of Bitcoin entails processing costs. Services necessary for the operation of currently widespread monetary systems, such as banks, credit cards, and armored vehicles, also use a lot of energy. Although unlike Bitcoin, their total energy consumption is not transparent and cannot be as easily measured.

Bitcoin mining has been designed to become more optimized over time with specialized hardware consuming less energy, and the operating costs of mining should continue to be proportional to demand. When Bitcoin mining becomes too competitive and less profitable, some miners choose to stop their activities. Furthermore, all energy expended mining is eventually transformed into heat, and the most profitable miners will be those who have put this heat to good use. An optimally efficient mining network is one that isn't actually consuming any extra energy. While this is an ideal, the economics of mining are such that miners individually strive toward it.

How does mining help secure Bitcoin?
Mining creates the equivalent of a competitive lottery that makes it very difficult for anyone to consecutively add new blocks of transactions into the block chain. This protects the neutrality of the network by preventing any individual from gaining the power to block certain transactions. This also prevents any individual from replacing parts of the block chain to roll back their own spends, which could be used to defraud other users. Mining makes it exponentially more difficult to reverse a past transaction by requiring the rewriting of all blocks following this transaction.

In the early days of Bitcoin, anyone could find a new block using their computer's CPU. Who created Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is the first implementation of a concept called "cryptocurrency", which was first described in 1998 by Wei Dai on the cypherpunks mailing list, suggesting the idea of a new form of money that uses cryptography to control its creation and transactions, rather than a central authority. The first Bitcoin specification and proof of concept was published in 2009 in a cryptography mailing list by Satoshi Nakamoto. Satoshi left the project in late 2010 without revealing much about himself. The community has since grown exponentially with many developers working on Bitcoin.

Satoshi's anonymity often raised unjustified concerns, many of which are linked to misunderstanding of the open-source nature of Bitcoin. The Bitcoin protocol and software are published openly and any developer around the world can review the code or make their own modified version of the Bitcoin software. Just like current developers, Satoshi's influence was limited to the changes he made being adopted by others and therefore he did not control Bitcoin. As such, the identity of Bitcoin's inventor is probably as relevant today as the identity of the person who invented paper.

How does Bitcoin work?

From a user perspective, Bitcoin is nothing more than a mobile app or computer program that provides a personal Bitcoin wallet and allows a user to send and receive bitcoins with them. This is how Bitcoin works for most users.

Behind the scenes, the Bitcoin network is sharing a public ledger called the "block chain".
